Welcome to Adoré. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or purchasing our products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our Services.
Section 1 – Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Section 3 – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Adoré, we want you to love every part of your experience with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items must be unused and in sellable condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare or cosmetic products unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
To request a return, please email us at care@adoreskin.co with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Adoré reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these policy conditions.
Section 4 – Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia and selected international regions. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Adoré is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
- Customs fees, import taxes, or duties applicable to international orders.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
Section 5 – Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content thereof, without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
